Recently, an exchange of prisoners took place between the Russian Federation and the United States of America, a factor that must be considered as a very positive fact in the geopolitical situation, tending to somehow ease the atmosphere of excessive tension, which anticipates the start of the Third World War, with a sharp escalation of the situation, with catastrophic consequences and the risk of promoting the extinction of humanity, regardless of the number of bunkers that exist in the geography of the Earth to save many lives, if we take into account that all existing fuel reserves on the Earth’s surface and in the subsoil, ecosystems, the atmosphere will be catastrophically altered, the resulting catastrophes in the oceans, rivers and seas will be affected, chain reactions will be generated due to the lethal effects of the bombs of nuclear weapons and the shock waves and radiation they generate around the globe.
As for these exchanges, which are carried out through existing mutual relations between the various intelligence agencies and security services of Russia, the United States and other countries of the European Union, this is not a secret to anyone, no matter how much propaganda is spread through the media saying the opposite, covering them up or washing their hands, everyone, within their understanding, takes care of the interests of their respective countries through the most appropriate and effective means indicated by the situation. . In applying to achieve their goals, the executors do not face the smallest risk and in the most covert way possible and unimaginable.
While this is their legal right and based on their interests, it does not do much good for their cause, on the contrary, it adds a little fuel to the fire they are trying to put out, like a soapy sauce in a stew, the EU President, while classifying the prisoners transferred by Russia as mentally healthy, well-living and happy people, points out that the prisoners received by the Russian Federation are transferred. In the eyes of the West, they are terrorists, evil people with bad lives. For her, Russians are demons on the axis of evil, and Westerners are saints, people on the axis of good. Some are from hell, spreading evil under the guidance of Satan, others are sent from heaven by God to do good. Apart from that, both sides are meek, marooned and/or fulfilling their duties. Everyone plays as they see fit, because “life is a roulette wheel on which we all bet.”
Regardless of the way of looking at things and the political inclination, the facts are the deciding factor and trying to downplay their importance, even from a media standpoint, is beyond the boundaries of reason, logic and common sense, in a world highly provided with technological and information tools, both alternative and traditional, where events are presented in an analytical contrasting way so that everyone can discern them in their mind and form their own ideas at any time and in a specific and convincing way A person is not an idiot, clouded, anesthetized or biased by compensation or conviction to see things “according to his own perspective”.
What legal status does it have in domestic law, public international law and humanitarian law when a combatant commits war crimes and barbaric acts against civilians, or an open space capable of lying on civilians and prisoners? Enemy soldiers lying prone on the ground and then drive trucks over their heads? What punishment will be imposed based on the evidence and the elements of the crime? Will they be crimes against humanity, or a visa to heaven or hell? “By their fruits you will know one another.”
From another perspective of global tensions, the ongoing communication between critics of the Russian Federation and the United States of America is essential, especially in the core aspects of the scenario of war in Ukraine, about the transport of weapons and their use against civilians, the flights of various types of aircraft over the countries and seas bordering Russia, the F-16s and their bases of operations outside Ukraine, which, according to the understanding, would be a legitimate target of any territory from where those aircraft take off to attack the Federation, and other issues that are necessary to keep the conflict between Russia and the United States-NATO at a distance, unless they are just media gestures and behind the scenes there are attempts to activate a head-on conflict, although I think this is far-fetched, because this is a crazy measure, there will be no losers or winners. I hope that this will never happen, blood will not flow in the rivers, and a lot of water will be added to the wine.
Likewise, the recent and ongoing meetings between the United States, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Iran and others aimed at easing tensions in the warring Middle East are high-level. There is inestimable value in avoiding war between major nuclear powers, even if they are somehow directly or indirectly involved.
Iran has a legitimate right under international law to react to Israel, and no matter how much one values retaliation and its effects, such actions will not lead to the results that they could have, for various reasons that can be analyzed from a military, strategic and political perspective, without pretending, no matter how much one wishes, to be highly critical of any bellicosity that changes the geopolitical staff by unbalancing the melody that has been sung so far. The Persian state has enormous capabilities; but they know what they do and should do according to their own interests, rather than being drawn into an event that is worth doing.
