“My sister is a second-class disabled person who can understand 20% and cannot speak. For four days, she was raped, beaten, locked in a livestock warehouse, and forced to herd. She has a concussion, a broken leg, and no living space in her body,” said the victim’s sister.
The Issyk-Kul region’s Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that a criminal case of rape had been opened and a forensic examination had been ordered.
A resident of Karakol, New Hampshire, born in 1993, and a resident of Toktoyan village, Tup County, New Hampshire, born in 1988, were detained on suspicion.
