Predicting the future of the economy is always a risky proposition. That’s especially true after more than three years of pandemic-related economic anomalies. No one knows. What happens next.

Can the Fed achieve this? Soft Landing and reduce inflation without causing a recession or a significant rise in unemployment? Or will it eventually happen? Hard Landinginflation will fall, but at the expense of the nation’s economic health? Or, The third possibilitySo is it that the Fed is simply unable to successfully reduce inflation?

On today’s show, three economic experts explain what they look at when predicting where the U.S. economy is headed. And how those indicators lead them to very different conclusions. We’ll also consult a tarot reader… to see if her readings of the future can help us understand which outcome is most likely.
