Georgian judoka Sofio Amenishvili defeated German opponent with ippon



Georgian judoka (over 78 kg) Sofio Amenishvili advanced to the round of 16 at the 2024 Paris Olympics after defeating German opponent Rene Lucht with an ippon.

Armenishvili will face Frenchman Roman Dicko in the second round.
