Abu Dhabi Police General Command organised a brainstorming session on ‘Customer Happiness Initiatives’ as part of its Community Happiness Strategy to come up with creative initiatives to provide integrated and proactive services.
Brigadier General Khalid Abdullah Al Khoury, Director of the Command’s Support, Decision-making and Institutional Development Sector, stressed the importance of brainstorming sessions to exchange perspectives, generate ideas and suggestions for improving police services, achieving strategic goals, institutional leadership, and support and enablement. He noted that Abu Dhabi Police is keen on providing proactive and quality services to achieve its corporate strategy and goals, namely community happiness, improved quality of life, community trust and satisfaction, accountability and community engagement.
The meeting generated many innovative ideas and identified future improvement opportunities, achieving a qualitative leap in the efficiency and quality of services provided in line with international best practices.
Brigadier General Dr. Hammoud Afari, Director of the Community Police Station, stressed that the leadership is interested in listening to all sectors of society to promote and improve the quality of life and contribute to the realization of government directives and to include this procedure in the annual plan of the “We are all police” system.
The workshop witnessed lively interaction among the participants and discussed a number of comprehensive services and improvements in the lives of community members to meet future requirements, which brought positive feedback to the clients.
