The Bank of Suriname (DSB) has launched a new, simplified method to purchase US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR) directly through online banking and mobile banking apps.
From now on, customers no longer need to send bank emails for such transactions.
With this new service, DSB offers its customers the following advantages:
– Simple and fast: Conduct transactions easily through online banking or mobile banking app.
– Monthly limit of 10,000 USD/EUR: You can purchase up to 10,000 USD/EUR per month.
– Track status through online activities: Easily track the progress of your transactions.
– Fast processing: Transactions are processed within two business days.
Important information
If you have reached your monthly limit or do not have sufficient funds in your account, your conversion will be rejected.
From August 1, the DSB will no longer accept email bank requests to purchase US dollars or euros.
This new feature is designed to improve customer convenience and efficiency, making financial transactions easier.
