Human rights defenders avoid public meeting with Pastor Bagrat

The movement led by Swami Bhagrat is currently located in front of RA HRD office.

“We visited the office of the human rights defenders so that they could answer our questions and tell us whether the human rights defenders served in human rights or other fields throughout the period,” Pastor Bagrat noted.

The Human Rights Council representative told the demonstrators that the defenders were ready to receive Pastor Bagrat and four others, but they objected to media coverage of the meeting.

Bagrat Srbazan responded that this is an open and transparent process and the media must be present at the meeting.

Manasyan’s spokesperson participated in the discussion and then came back to inform that HRD’s position remained unchanged.

Pastor Bagrat’s position remains unchanged.
