The new mode provides more natural and instant chats. AI can sense and respond to emotions. Users can interrupt the conversation at any time and use video and screen sharing functions. The advanced voice mode is limited to 4 preset voices, including Juniper, Breeze, Cove and Ember. To enhance the security and quality of voice conversations, OpenAI recently teamed up with more than 100 external red team members to test GPT-4o’s voice function in 45 languages, and plans to share a report in August involving GPT-4o’s functions, limitations and security assessments.
