The combined entity will be known as VML and will be the largest creative agency in the industry. The respective client bases, expertise and geographic locations indicate that the two organizations are highly complementary and the combined company will have over 30,000 employees in 64 markets, Jon Cook will become CEO of VML Global and Mel Edwards will become CEO of VML Global, with a management team that brings together the best managers from both organizations.
