Minister Toshkovsky congratulated the new police officers, stressing that in this way a professional police force will be created to ensure the safety of citizens.

“Become a police force that serves citizens, ensuring and realizing all civil liberties and rights. To fight crime, you must be honest. Be part of justice, be loyal to the law, and protect the interests of citizens and the state. In your future work, you must act equally, independently of personal decisions, religious beliefs, national affiliation… Any form of discrimination is prohibited,” Minister Toshkovsky said.
The signing ceremony of contracts for new police officers who will become members of the Macedonian Police was attended by Deputy Minister of the Interior Astrit Iseni and Deputy Director of the BJB Arben Jashari, as well as the management of SVR Tetovo, at the Ministry of Interior Tetovo.
The deputy minister stressed that the police should serve all citizens of Macedonia.
“You are here to serve all citizens of the country. To maintain order, peace and fight any type of crime,” stressed Deputy Interior Minister Issini.
State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Sasho Petrushevski warmly welcomed the young colleagues of the Kumanovo Ministry of Internal Affairs Police and wished them personal happiness and success in their professional development.
“With the entry of this generation of police officers, the personnel potential of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be significantly strengthened, and young colleagues will become professional trainees who are determined to fight organized crime and corruption,” State Secretary Petrushevsky stressed, among other things.

On the other hand, in Bitola, in the circles of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bitola, the head of the Public Security Department, Alexander Janev, congratulated seventy new police recruits on receiving employment contracts and told yesterday’s cadets that wearing these contract police uniforms is full of pride, honor and dignity.
“You must be credible representatives not only of the police profession, but of the Department as a whole,” Chief Janev stressed. “Honesty and accountability to the citizens we serve should be at the forefront of your professional work and actions.”
Last year, the candidates attended basic training for police officers at the Ministry of Internal Affairs training center.
