His answer is yes, and he advocates that the U.S. head of state should be subject to mandatory cognitive testing.
If a country like the United States, with its rich resources and deep democratic traditions, is considering taking such steps, why shouldn’t we follow suit?
Minister Suriname and other members of the DNA group seemed to have difficulty solving simple problems, suggesting that they had serious cognitive deficiencies.
How they obtained their degrees remains a great mystery. This incompetence is leading Suriname into the abyss.
Screening through intelligence tests, combined with the diplomas obtained, can give a broader impression of the candidate’s cognitive abilities.
The average IQ score for Western populations is typically around 100, but for a president, a higher IQ score is ideal, such as above 120, indicating a high level of intelligence.
This is necessary if we want to take the country to a higher level.
Making these tests mandatory will not only help in selecting capable leaders but also restore people’s confidence in the government.
