An accident occurred in Kurzjama (Lodz province). A passenger bus collided with a delivery truck, injuring four people.
The department received a report of the accident at 10:48 on Wednesday. The collision took place in the town of Kurzjama in the Łęczyca district.
– A Honda and a Renault were involved in the incident. The 30-year-old woman driving the Honda failed to give way, causing the collision. She was traveling with a 7-year-old girl and a 25-year-old woman. Mariusz Kowalski, an employee of the Łęczyca District Police Headquarters, said that three people in the passenger bus and the driver of the cargo vehicle were taken to hospital.

Five fire brigades, three medical rescue teams and police were working at the scene. A helicopter from the Leznica Velka Air Force Cavalry Brigade and an air ambulance helicopter also landed.
