47-year-old man found bloodied on the street

A 47-year-old man was found on the night of Monday to Tuesday in Jaggernath Lachmonstraat, Suriname, Mr.

Nieuwe Haven police responded to the report and found the victim unresponsive. The man’s wrist was bleeding and likely cut.

One of the man’s brothers was also at the scene and suggested relationship issues with his partner may have been the cause of the behaviour.

Surinamese police called an ambulance and took the victim to the University Hospital emergency room.

The man received further treatment there.
