Mexico City (apro) – Artificial intelligence (AI) company OpenAI could compete directly as it is developing its own search engine, but one that already integrates artificial intelligence.
The company launched “SearchGPT” on June 24, a prototype designed to provide “fast, timely responses through clear and relevant sources.”
The prototype is designed to combine OpenAI’s artificial intelligence models with information from the internet to respond with updated information, in addition to providing direct links to sources related to the search so that users know where the information came from and can quickly interact with even more results.
Additionally, follow-up questions can be asked, just like a conversation, giving users the opportunity to interact. Currently, SearchGPT is in the development and testing phase, so it is not yet available to the entire public, but those interested in trying the prototype can join the waiting list to use the feature and even send feedback to the developers.
