Torre Sgr Spa – for the benefit of the “Opportunity Italia” fund listed on the Miv segment of the Italian Stock Exchange – stipulated last July 10 that Innovative Solutions Srl, as user, and Unicredit Leasing Spa, as purchaser/grantor, signed a definitive sales agreement for the sale of a retail asset located in the commercial center of Bologna, between Via Toschi-Musei-Marchesena-Clavature, owned by the fund, for 30 million euros.
“With the completion of this operation, Torre Sgr will continue to work on the divestment of the Fund’s real estate assets in the best interest of the participants, while also implementing the objectives reflected in the Fund Agreement. The Bank of Italy has submitted a request to extend the Fund’s grace period until December 31, 2025”, explains Diego Freddi, CEO and General Manager of Torre Sgr.
