Two appointments were announced at this week’s Council of Ministers: Gabriel Thimothée returned to the Health Ministry as director-general and foreign affairs official Joseph Antoine was promoted to director-general of the ministry.
Allegations of corruption in fuel sales
“On Thursday, I met with the head of the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC), the Supreme Court of Audit and Administrative Disputes (CSC/CA), the General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) and the Government Commissioner to discuss allegations of corruption in the fuel marketing department of the Office for the Monetization of Development Assistance Programs (BMPAD) in recent years.
