This Thursday afternoon, a hundred protagonists of the Managua Hotel and Tourism Technology Center held a graduation ceremony to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the Sandinista People’s Revolution.


After graduation, the protagonist works in the following careers: customer service and hotel reception professional technician, pastry and bakery general technician, food and beverage management technician in hotels, restaurants, bars, cafeterias, kitchens and gourmet services.
“Today we give recognition to technical education, today they receive certificates in different professions from the Technical Center for Hospitality and Tourism, their titles show that they are ready and many of them already work in institutions that allow them to practice their profession,” said Eloy Morales, director of the Technical Center.
The protagonist, Marcos Antonio Pavón, 19 years old, graduated in pastry and bakery, says he feels happy because he now has the tools to realize his desire.
“Knowledge, teamwork and teaching how to use the necessary equipment are part of the tools they provide us,” said Marcos Pavón, a resident of the Esquipulas region, located 10 and a half kilometers on the road to Masaya.
