Nawaf Al-Anazi, director of the authority’s branch, explained that since arriving at the pilgrim city of Harat al-Ammar, the branch has begun implementing the first phase of providing ground, air and humanitarian ambulance services, which will continue until their departure from the port. Medical and ambulance teams work around the clock within the system of services provided by all government departments in the city of Al-Hajjaj.
He said the department, along with the medical and ambulance teams, has engaged and trained paramedic cadres, male and female volunteers, working around the clock to provide emergency medical services and humanitarian assistance in solidarity with the relevant authorities.
