Tegucigalpa – Congresswoman Maribel Espinoza believes that the creation of the International Commission against Corruption and Impunity in Honduras (CICIH) does not necessitate constitutional reform.
He celebrated through his social network account “X” that the president of the National Assembly, Luis Redondo, had corrected, without integrating alternative deputies to approve the constitutional reform.
This Wednesday, the National Assembly failed to approve the reform of Article 232 of the Constitution of the Republic, which would have given constitutional status to the CICIH.
