Following several meetings of the chairmen of parliamentary groups, a working group was set up to update the internal regulations, on the instructions of the President of the National Assembly, Amadou Mame DIOP.
The working group, which consists of representatives of three (3) groups and representatives of unregistered groups, met on July 22-23, 2024, with the assistance of the National Assembly Executive.
The conclusions of the working group will be presented to the Speaker of the National Assembly on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Abdou MBOW: Chairman of the Benno Bokk Yaakaar Parliamentary Group; Mouhamed Ayib Salim DAFFE: Chairman of the Yewwi Askan Wi Parliamentary Group; Mamadou Lamine THIAM: Chairman of the Freedom, Democracy and Change Parliamentary Group; Sanou DIONE: Unregistered representative.
