Capriles says Venezuelans have all the weight of observation

Political leader Henrique Capriles stressed on Monday, July 22, that citizens have a responsibility as observers in the presidential elections.

Capriles also mentioned that Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino has the role of guaranteeing the people’s will, which he considers sacred.
