Radio Ndeke Luka learned on Tuesday from local sources that the Central African Armed Forces and their Russian allies attacked the Union of Congolese Patriots (UPC) rebel stronghold of Zangba in Lower Kotto on July 20. Still according to these sources, UPC members looted goods and materials belonging to individuals while fleeing.
