Owner Doug Conner said the company has been providing high-quality, energy-efficient windows and entry doors for more than two decades and is now excited to offer a physical store where customers can view their products, meet with experts and ask questions.
“We’re excited to have a brick-and-mortar store where customers can see our products up close,” he said. “Replacing windows and entry doors is a big investment for homeowners, so we want to make sure they are confident and informed about their choices.”
Connor said Universal Windows Direct offers a wide range of products, from replacement windows to front and patio doors, to suit every budget and preference.

In addition to showcasing its top-quality replacement windows, the showroom also features the company’s selection of front doors, aluminum storm doors, and patio doors.
The new showroom is open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday and by appointment on Saturdays.
