1. Registration of the newborn’s civil status: The newborn must first be registered as a citizen and obtain a civil registration number. 2. Update the citizen account data: After obtaining the civil registration number, the beneficiary can update his or her account data in the citizen account program through the electronic portal or the program’s application. 3. Add the newborn as a dependent: Add the newborn as a dependent in the citizen account and enter all the required data, such as name, date of birth and civil registration number. 4. Upload required documents: You need to upload a copy of the newborn’s birth certificate and a copy of the household registration book to which the newborn is added. 5. Wait for review: After the procedure is completed, the validity of the uploaded data and documents will be verified. If passed, the newborn will be added as a dependent in the citizen account, and the beneficiary’s subsidy will be increased proportionally by the increase specified for each newborn.
