The recipes you should prepare this Christmas

2 eggs

3 cups flour

3 tablespoons salt

1 ¼ cups warm water or milk

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons fennel

3 tablespoons fresh yeast

1 tablespoon diluted butter

1 liter of oil

Preparation

In the first step, you have to dilute the dry yeast with 1/4 warm water, then add one tablespoon of sugar and two tablespoons of flour. Stir and leave until it doubles in volume.

Then you have to mix the flour and fennel, then add eggs, melted butter and yeast preparation. In the same way, you have to add a mixture of warm water, sugar and salt.

Mix everything and when the dough is a little more compact, leave it in a container until it doubles in size.

To fry the dough sticks, you must prepare a small pan or frying pan and add enough oil in it, and the oil must be hot. On the other hand, prepare a little oil in a container, apply it on your hands, and divide the dough into small pieces.

You have to tear off a piece, stretch it, give it a suitable shape, and then put it in the pan. With the help of a utensil, turn it over several times until both sides are golden brown. Take out the dough sticks and it’s done.
