Central Bureau of Investigation Agent (Dickrem), they have captured two criminals identified as the murderers of Captain Carlos Guillén Salas, 51 years old, of the Dominican Republic Army (ERD).
The attack on the officers took place early last Sunday on Josefa Brea Street, at the corner of Manuela Díez, in the Social Improvement Area of the National District.
