In order to bring financial services closer to Salvadorans, Banco Promerica has expanded its presence to the east of the country, offering its clients a more personalized and comprehensive attention, in line with the close-knit model that characterizes banking institutions.

“The reopening of the San Miguel Roosevelt Agency and the San Miguel Modern Business Center are fundamental components of our operations in the Eastern Region, through which we hope to strengthen our relationship banking model, providing personalized advice to our clients in this sector,” said Lázaro E. Figueroa, Executive President of Promerica Bank of El Salvador.

The bank will reopen the Roosevelt institution located in a strategic location in San Miguel, and the transformation is part of the bank’s 5 strategic priorities to build a stronger institution that seeks to meet the needs of its customers through high-quality banking, real-life relationships and solutions.

The transformation includes providing adequate infrastructure for customers and collaborators to provide personalized attention in a comfortable space and with cutting-edge technology. The modern facility will have six cash registers, two customer service executives and two business executives, a convenient and comfortable customer digital access area, a waiting time system, a 24/7 cashier counter and an information kiosk.

The agency is located at Av. Roosevelt Norte and 6a. Calle Poniente #401, San Miguel, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Meanwhile, Banco Promerica has reopened its business center in San Miguel, which is focused on commercial clients and SMEs. The operations that can be carried out include the formalization of operations (on paper), decentralization of processes, internal and external training and there will be separate rooms for better customer service.

What they seek is to provide real-life solutions to support clients in achieving their goals and projects, in addition to decentralizing the process so that clients living in the eastern region do not have to travel to San Salvador to complete their procedures.

The Business Center offices are located at Avenida Gerardo Barrios and 4ª Calle Oriente No. 401, 2nd level, San Miguel and are open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to 12:00 am on Saturday.

Finally, the President of Banco Promerica and the agency’s executives held a lunch meeting with business clients and SMEs, with the aim of strengthening relationships, providing an economic overview, explaining the sector’s business model and getting closer to operations in the Eastern region.
