Renowned singer, Kinsaha has expressed his displeasure with the Ugandan Police Force, accusing them of disrupting his music performances and creating scenes that frightened his fans.

The talented singer believes that if the police suspected him of any criminal activity, they should have simply summoned him instead of creating chaos at his shows.

Ugandan police, if you have a case, summon me, don’t come and disrupt my show. You are scaring my fans.” King Saha said in his Facebook post.

King Saha’s comments come after a number of police presence at his concerts sparked disturbances and concerns among his supporters, most recently last night when police stopped renowned revolutionary musician Mansul Ssemanda from performing live on stage at The Villa Lounge in Kampala.

Detectives armed with rifles entered the lounge and ordered the singer to leave the stage, forcing his performance to be interrupted.

He stressed in the post that such behavior not only affected his performance, but also brought unnecessary fear to the audience.

The singer’s plea highlights the need for law enforcement to take a more respectful and orderly approach when dealing with public figures.

Fans and industry stakeholders are now closely watching how the police will respond to King Saha’s concerns.
