In the United States, law enforcement officials have arrested a man who made written death threats to a U.S. presidential candidate. Donald Trump and his partner, JD Vance. Sky News.
Michael Wiseman was arrested yesterday (July 19) on charges of making a written death threat on social media, according to a statement from the Jupiter Police Department.
Police noted that after reviewing the suspect’s Facebook messages and accounts, JPD detectives discovered that Wiseman had made multiple threats against Trump and Vance, who earlier this week emerged as the Republican presidential and vice presidential nominees, respectively.
“Members of the Trump and Vance families have also received threats of physical harm,” the statement said – and police are investigating all circumstances.
