Lucy Tuinaceva was crowned Miss Duwata North Crime Prevention Carnival tonight at Subrail Park during the carnival.
Ms Tuinakava represented Northern Waste Management at the week-long carnival and advocated for fighting corruption and building a fair society.
She dedicated the win to her father, who passed away in 2014 after a short illness.
Miss Driving Wisdom, Gloria Tuilau, was the first runner-up and Miss Northern Top Music Centre, Nomai Dicagi, Shelly Masitabua, was the second runner-up.
