Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan meets German Chancellor Olaf Scholz at Blenheim Palace.
The parties stressed the continuous development of political and economic cooperation between Armenia and Germany and concerted steps taken in this direction.


The peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan was mentioned at the meeting. Prime Minister Pashinyan presented the firm position of the Armenian side on the border demarcation process and the possibility of unblocking regional infrastructure.
The two sides discussed the humanitarian problems faced by the displaced persons in Nagorno-Karabakh and measures to address them. Prime Minister Pashinyan presented the long-term and short-term plans implemented by the Armenian Government, including the housing guarantee program. The two sides also emphasized the continued support of the international community in meeting the needs of the displaced persons.
The parties also mentioned further development of cooperation between Armenia and the EU.
