Likewise, Fornet and Bragança explained to the reasoners the authorization to the Council approved during the second mandate of the Council, in which various administrative contracts were foreseen for amounts up to 250,000 euros, a figure “considerably higher” than the 1% of the expenditure budget provided for in the Public Finance Act, a fact they considered “contradictory to current legislation”.
