The Port of Oakland said it suspended operations at 1:36 a.m. Tuesday due to fog and limited visibility, with 214 trucks scheduled to move through the Ferguson Container Terminal.
The result is a massive backlog stretching all the way to Tamaki Drive and The Strand to Parnell.
