(CNS): Cayman Airways has revised its flight schedule for today (Thursday, May 30) as one of the airline’s jets is temporarily out of service for unplanned maintenance while another aircraft undergoes a scheduled three-year overhaul, resulting in two of the airline’s four B737-8 aircraft being temporarily out of service.
According to a release from the airline, the aircraft under overhaul is scheduled to return to service later today, which will allow China Airlines to resume normal flights. As a result, the current irregular operations (including demand for any contracted air services) are expected to decrease from Friday, May 31 as the airline resumes normal operations.
The Cayman Airways reservations team is actively communicating directly with affected passengers to best accommodate their travel needs. Cayman Airways sincerely regrets any inconvenience this may cause.
