At the session of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic, deputies reviewed and adopted at first reading the draft constitution “On Amendments to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic” “On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
The initiator of the draft law is the deputy of Jogorku Kenesha Dastanbek Jumabekov.
He noted that the draft constitution was proposed to eliminate the conflict with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
“The decision of the Parliament is made by a resolution, which is a normative act that must be implemented in the territory of the Republic. Article 13 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic does not contain norms for the Cabinet to implement the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. This is a legal conflict,” Dastanbek Jumabekov noted, noting that the bill aims to eliminate this conflict.
