One of the participants in Kagame’s campaign in Gahanga was Icyimpaye Rosette, who told Kigali Today that he travelled from Rubavu in western Rwanda to Gahanga in Kikukiro. He showed up in a white wedding dress, holding a photo of Paul Kagame and claiming to be the groom.
Expressing his fondness for Paul Kagame and RPF Inkotanyi, Issiyimpaye said: “I am here to support Paul Kagame. I am fighting RPF Inkotanyi and I promise that RPF will be separated by death or the second coming of Jesus.”
