Dubai real estate transactions hit AED13.2 billion in one week

Last week, total real estate transactions amounted to approximately AED13.21 billion, with the total value of sales transactions reaching AED10.43 billion, recording an increase compared to the previous week’s sales transactions, when the total value of sales reached AED9.48 billion.

Emirates Today’s monitoring of Dubai Land Department data indicators showed that 2,928 sales transactions took place last week.

The data showed that the total value of mortgage loans reached Dh1.86 billion, with the total number of mortgage transactions reaching 866.

She said the total value of real estate donation transactions in the past week reached Dh592.2 million, while the total value of donation transactions reached 188.

Data shows that many different areas and real estate complexes in Dubai witnessed demand in the property sales sector over the past week, especially in the Emaar South complex and Jumeirah Lakes Towers areas.
