Inspired by the success of Princeton Lavender in Princeton, New Jersey, Allaire Lavender Farm was founded in 2016 with the goal of creating a delightful, family-friendly destination for the community. The farm’s charming setting includes a classic 1930s barn, a newly constructed event barn, and picturesque open pastures. Visitors can enjoy views of the lavender fields, interact with a host of friendly farm animals, browse the farm store, and enjoy the scenery along the idyllic road near Osborne Pond.

Field & Flock Lavender Farm enthusiastically opened its doors to the public on June 24, 2022. During their inaugural season, they were pleased to host visitors from a variety of locations, including southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and even California. The farm features three distinct fields with 1,500 stunning lavender plants. The barn serves as the hub for the shop and production areas, while the covered patio offers a peaceful vantage point overlooking one of the fields, allowing visitors to relax and soak up the tranquil surroundings. If you happen to visit during harvest season, you can observe the fascinating distillation process and gain insight into the intricacies of lavender production.

Greenwich Lavender Farm
Immerse yourself in a fragrant wonderland at this sprawling 10-acre lavender farm. While you can’t pick your own lavender, you can conveniently purchase essential oils, mosquito repellent, and lavender plants at the on-site shop. From mid-June to July, you can experience the beauty of the lavender fields in full bloom, by appointment only.

On June 8, you can enjoy a day in the lavender gardens at the Manalapan Happy Day Farm, which is open to the public. In their gift shop, you’ll find a wide variety of options—from lotions and soaps to aromatherapy essentials, sachets, neck pillows, essential oils, floral arrangements, wreaths, dried lavender, and a curated selection of gift baskets. Open every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. until November, you can conveniently order online for curbside pickup or visit the fields during business hours. Happy Valley Lavender Farm (U-Pick starts in mid-June)
What started as just 150 lavender plants at Pleasant Valley Lavender Farm has grown to a spectacular farm covering nearly 10 acres with approximately 2,000 lush lavender plants. Farm visitors have the opportunity to pick their own lavender and browse the charming gift shop. The farm will open to the public in 2024 and will welcome visitors to experience picking, purchase plants, take photos, attend special events, and have the opportunity to take home amazing lavender products.
