Made in Haiti trade show
The first Made in Haiti trade show (MIH Expo), organized by EGM Strategy & Management in partnership with the Haitian Industrial Association (ADIH), will take place on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the new El Rancho Pétion-ville Convention Center. Designed to showcase Haitian expertise, the show will welcome more than 60 participating companies from all sectors of economic activity, from the largest taxpayers to small and medium-sized enterprises. There will be opportunities to network, make purchases or attend themed seminars. A gastronomic corner will be open throughout the day.
International Finance Conference
Prime Minister Corneille, accompanied by government ministers, met with representatives of the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of ONU on Thursday, July 11, 2024. It was a successful meeting aimed at sharing transition priorities and strengthening international support.
Hurricane season: Forecast revised up
