Police shot and killed a suspected thief in Rosengard in Malmö.

Just after 7pm, police were called to a report of a burglary at an address in Rosengård.
When police arrived at the scene, the suspect was still there.
“He made a lunging motion and the police opened fire,” police wrote in the incident report.
The man was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
The location has been cordoned off for a technical investigation.
The police’s Special Investigations Unit (SU) will investigate the incident.
