The National Inspectorate for Digital Infrastructure has determined that Starlink satellite dishes are in use in the Dutch Caribbean. Starlink currently does not have a concession to provide internet services under the BES Telecommunications Facilities Act.

Having such dishes is not prohibited, but as long as Starlink does not have a discount, it is not allowed to purchase Internet services from Starlink.
Starlink itself has informed users in the Dutch Caribbean of the unauthorized use of Starlink equipment and the violation of user conditions. This means that Starlink has stopped Internet service.
If you have any questions about this press release, please call +599-717-3140 or email the National Digital Infrastructure Inspectorate BES@RDI.nl.
