The Banja Luka fighter was better than his opponent from Egnatia in the opening match of the Champions League qualifiers.

FK Borac head of coaching staff Mladen Žizović shared his first impressions after the game.
“Considering the importance of the game and the fact that we had to wait, we have to be happy with the win. We also had serious players who gritted their teeth and played the first half. I think the second half was completely dominated by FK Borac and we definitely deserved the win,” said Zizovic.

“We will retaliate against them with a great game. Let them do whatever they want, we are only interested in football. I think what they are referring to is baseless,” stressed the head of Boerka.

“It was clear that they came to kill the game. Their goal seemed to be a draw. They are a different team at home, they will play high and attack strongly,” Zizovic concluded.
