In addition to the difficulties in getting electricity, users have recently reported abnormal electricity bills: the amount is too high, even within a month. In addition to this, there are also problems with payments to the JIRAMA agency. In some cases, the fund manager deliberately omits the payment of water bills. If the receipts are not properly verified, JIRAMA may ask them to pay in the coming months, which will give consumers a very unpleasant surprise.
