Police said they found her holding a piece of concrete. They then discovered damage to multiple vehicles.

Assault and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) – On July 3rd at 11:41 PM, officers responded to Pointer Ln. near Portsmouth Road in Manassas (20109) to investigate a person throwing projectiles at vehicles. Upon arriving in the area, officers located a woman, later identified as the defendant, holding a block of concrete at the intersection. As officers detained the defendant, she actively resisted and assaulted both officers before being taken into a police vehicle. Officers determined that the defendant had damaged multiple parked vehicles prior to their arrival on scene. No injuries were reported. Following investigation, the defendant, identified as Kimberly SIERRA-OVANDO, was arrested.

Shots fired into residence* Suspect identified | Arrest – On July 3, police concluded an investigation into a property destruction incident at a residence in the 8400 block of Carneros Valley Ct. in Bristol (20136) on June 22. While investigating the incident, police found two men shooting into a nearby residence. After the investigation, one of the men was arrested and he was identified as Anthony Allen ANZELONE. Police also obtained an arrest warrant for another man, who was identified as Kevin Lee JACKSON. Attempts to locate JACKSON were unsuccessful.

Shooting at Residence (Previously Posted) – On June 22 at 3:57 PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 8400 block of Carneros Valley Street in Bristol (20136) to investigate a property damage incident. Upon investigation, residents of the residence heard gunshots and noticed damage to a side window. No injuries or other property damage were reported.
