In their heresy, they claim that General Tiyani has no choice but to hand over power to Issoufou because from now on he will be the only one who deserves it in the country. Can we imagine the gravity of such comments when the whole country is talking about Zantchankassa? These people make fun of Nigeriens and the Nigerien army that they think is serving them, forgetting that if we are here, after billions of dollars mobilized for the benefit of the country and the oil windfall were diverted, it is because of their fault and their mistake. That is the fault!

What we have heard in recent days is all the more disgusting because it reflects the partisan and sectarian spirit of Issoufou’s decade of ruling the country. Those who continue to refine this nonsense, nourished by this horrible ideology, forget that Niger is a country, not a small inherited garden, not a piece of territory they will conquer in order to do whatever they want.

On the one hand, they make people believe that former President Issoufou will be the only one capable of governing Niger better, forgetting that it was he and he alone who put the country in the situation it is in today and that the CNSP is fighting to get rid of. Even Bazoum, who wanted him to become president against everyone, from the party to the electoral fraud? Nigeriens are not fooled and we understand why they dream of Issoufou returning to power. It is certainly not for the good of the country, but to preserve the huge wealth that he illegally accumulated during his time in office, and the CNSP knows this better than anyone. On the other hand, they claim, seemingly to make people believe that General Tiyani has no idea what he will do under his leadership in Niger, forgetting the promises he made to the people, not to the PNDS-Tarayya, that only Issoufou can guarantee impunity in the country. Against whom and against what? We will not tell Nigerians this. So what complicity do they want to accuse him of? These manipulated PNDS activists want to push General Tiyani into this game, and they can fool no one. We will simply understand that they know very well how dirty their idols are and fear for their own skin because, despite a certain pressure, justice has revoked the immunity of the deposed President Bazoum Mohammed, a highway that could lead irreversibly to the roots of corruption and evil that Nigeriens condemn.

Tiyani and his companions have a historical mission that transcends individuals, because it concerns the fate of an entire nation. These irritatingly lighthearted statements distilled in recent days cannot deceive anyone. These people are also too quick to forget that Niger is on a path that must be taken along with Mali and Burkina Faso, all of which are so serious that we can no longer believe that Niger will return to worship a man who caused so many problems and believed that he could return to power even though he left the country with only bad memories, mistakes to correct, things to rebuild.
