Two vehicles collided, causing a traffic jam on the way to Barrigada Heights on Saturday night. According to Lieutenant Nick Garrido, a spokesman for the Guam Fire Department, the accident occurred at 6:19 p.m. near the Mobil gas station on Highway 16. Witnesses at the scene said a car flipped on its side. Paramedics arrived at the scene and found two people outside the car. Both people were transported to the Guam Regional Medical City with minor injuries. Officers from the Guam Police Department were also at the scene to investigate the cause of the accident.
