The Jameson Hangout is a quarterly event organised by Talent Africa Group and was held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at NdeereCenter, Ntinda, which featured a variety of interactive games, trendy pop-up shops that enlivened the venue, engaging musical performances, mouth-watering BBQ food, free haircuts, free Jameson cocktails, discounted tattoos and paired with the finest Irish whiskeys.
The event was led by renowned Ugandan artistes Fik Fameica and Maurice Kirya, with the South African Double Team closing out the set at 4pm. DJ Tony welcomed the revelers with a dynamic mix, followed by Kakumasounds, DJ Melvin, Qoh and Black Wave Sounds, DJ ALza and DJ Kasbaby. At 10pm, Maurice Kirya and Post Wave Sounds took the spotlight with his hit song Busabala, with the crowd singing along. Following that, Lynda Ddane and Fik Fameica kept the revelers in a joyful mood, celebrating life with the people who matter. The South African Double Team closed the show, leaving attendees looking forward to the next Jameson Hangout.
