Today, the Ministry of Labour, represented by the Labour Inspectorate, organized a training course for male and female inspectors from the Ministry’s Labour Inspectorate on the services of the new Labour Inspection Programme scheduled to be launched later this month.
The training course is conducted within the framework of the Ministry of Labour’s continuous efforts to improve and enhance the efficiency of inspectors and hone their skills and abilities to identify risks in the work environment.
In this context, the Ministry of Labour is working to improve service levels, develop the working environment and strengthen national efforts to bring the labour sector into line with international standards for worker protection by adopting best practices. The Third National Development Strategy 2024-2030 is the final phase of Qatar’s National Vision 2030, which aims to build a modern, competitive labour market and achieve sustainable development.
