BC MoraBanc Andorra officially signed yesterday the Badalon baseman Ferran Bassas, promoted by Bondia, who arrived in Poliesportiu from Dreamland Gran Canaria to become one of the competition directors of the new project for the 2024-2025 season.
After training with the Badalona youth team, Basas has become an experienced player, which is one of the highlights of his arrival in Andorra. The baseman, who has played in the ACB, European Cup and BCL competitions, in addition to La Peña, has also played for Iberostar Tenerife, San Pablo Burgos and the current Gran Canaria Dreams, where he achieved 6 points and 6 assists last season. He averaged 16 minutes per game and contributed 3.2 assists per game.
“We are very happy about his signing and we believe that he is an experienced player with many seasons in doubles, which will help us a lot”, stressed Francisco Solana, the sporting director of MoraBanc. “His insight, command and scoring ability bring another virtue to our game”. In fact, Solana pointed out that Basas “will contribute a lot to help us become better and more competitive”.
This is the fourth addition to MoraBanc Andorra for the 2024-2025 season, following Chumi Ortega, Shannon Evans and Ben Lammers.
