Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has arrived in Moscow for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Orban’s press spokesman said Friday, a rare visit to Russia by a European leader since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine more than two years ago. EU Foreign Minister Josep Borrell said Orban did not have any authorization for the trip from the 27-nation bloc.
